Ever got a painting that you're afraid to finish, in case you'll spoil it? I love Wolf Cub... it must be one of my favourite wolf drawings. I'm still debating whether I should add a background or not.
Edit: do NOT use this picture anywhere without permission. I mean, seriously people! It's not lawful and it's definitely not polite! Just because I put a picture online to share with others doesn't mean it's a free-for-all. If I find that someone took this picture and posted it elsewhere ONE MORE TIME I'm going to remove it from DA - I MEAN IT!
Is he yawning or calling out to someone? I love how the ears are flattened against his head, his eyes narrowed and he yawns/call out Love the nose. Totally adorable.
Oh, I want him! (Him?) The technique you've used for the fur, it creates such a soft tenderness. It's not restricted by anything, it's just... It reminds me of snow, or the forest. It's just beautiful how you've created the image of short and long fur and how they just brush into eachother so naturally. But what really strikes me is it's paws. Tiny little round things with just the shortest little claws. The whole use of soft curves (the gentle arching of the back, the ears, the hind legs) just helps to center the whole thing. I don't know, it's just so... enchanting.

hey, I really enjoyed your drawings/paintings, and thanks a lot for the comment on the Chevy. Well, you said you can't draw cars really well, but I think that if you start practicing you will get better on car drawings. My old drawings were very lame... so as you can see, it is just a matter of practicing. (sorry about my lame english, I haven't finished my english classes yet...)
